Azikiel is an AI automation agency that does the implementation for you: we map the process, pick the simplest reliable platform, build in accounts you own and hand over something your team can run. Every service below starts with a baseline and ends with a measurement.
Build services
What we build
Business process automation services with AI where it adds accuracy or speed, and plain rules where rules are enough. Each of these can start as a single pilot workflow.
Workflow and process automation
The handoffs between your tools: form to CRM, order to accounting, request to approval. Triggered, validated, logged and routed without anyone re-typing.
AI email and ticket triage
Shared inboxes and helpdesks sorted by intent, urgency and language, with a draft reply ready for review and uncertain cases sent to a person.
CRM and lead management
Enquiries captured, enriched, de-duplicated and assigned within minutes. Follow-ups that happen on schedule. Lead and CRM automation in detail.
Document extraction and routing
Invoices, contracts, forms and receipts read, classified and passed to the right system with an approval step and an audit trail. See document and finance admin.
Knowledge assistants
Answers from your own documentation, with citations and permission checks, so people find the current policy instead of the old one. See knowledge assistants.
Support assistants with escalation
Order status, returns and common questions answered from live data, with a clear hand-off to your team whenever confidence is low. See customer support automation.
Proposals, onboarding and reporting
First drafts from your templates and CRM data, onboarding checklists that trigger themselves, and the weekly report that builds itself with a short summary.
Scheduling, reminders and follow-up
Appointment booking, confirmations, no-show reminders and the third chase that nobody enjoys sending, matched to the right calendar and owner.
Custom API and legacy integration
AI integration services for systems without a ready connector: we write the small piece of code that bridges them, documented and owned by you.
Agents only where an agent is better
A workflow follows defined steps; an agent decides its own steps to reach a goal. Most business processes are safer and cheaper as a deterministic workflow with one or two well-bounded AI steps. We build agents when a task genuinely needs flexible multi-step reasoning, and we give them limits, logs and a person to report to.
Assessment
Three ways to find out whether automation fits
Two are free. The third is paid, and the fee is credited if you go ahead.
Opportunity Scan (free)
Nine questions online. You get a fit score, the reasoning behind it and a package suggestion. No sales call required.
20-minute fit call (free)
A short conversation about one process. We tell you honestly whether it is a good candidate and which package would cover it.
Automation Opportunity Audit (€750)
A workflow inventory, impact/effort matrix, baseline and written scope in five to seven business days. Credited against Solo or larger within 60 days. Excl. VAT.
Managed services
Keeping it running after launch
APIs change, models are updated, and your process will change too. Managed AI automation services cover the part most projects forget.
- Uptime and error monitoring with alerts to a named person
- Cost and usage monitoring against agreed caps
- Prompt and model regression testing after vendor updates
- Workflow changes and optimisation within a monthly allowance
- Vendor and API update maintenance
- Monthly performance report against your baseline
- Incident response and rollback support
- Care plans from €290/month, excl. VAT, with a three-month initial term
Boundaries
What we do not sell
Some things are technically possible and still a bad idea for a business of your size, or for anyone. We say no to these up front.
- Fully autonomous hiring, credit, insurance or medical decisions. A person decides; the workflow prepares.
- “Guaranteed” employee replacement, revenue or savings. We measure; we do not promise.
- Voice cloning or anything that impersonates a real person.
- High-volume unsolicited AI outreach. It damages your domain and your reputation.
- Mission-critical 24/7 SLAs that we do not have the team and infrastructure to honour. Enterprise support windows are agreed in writing, not implied.
- Custom foundation-model training. Almost no business at this scale needs it.
Platform-neutral
n8n, Make, Zapier, Power Automate or code: chosen per use case
We are not resellers. The platform is picked for your volume, your data rules and the people who will maintain it. Whatever we choose is documented and exportable.
| Platform | Usually the right choice when | Watch out for |
|---|---|---|
| n8n | Higher volume, self-hosting or EU data residency matters, custom logic, cost control at scale | Needs someone to look after the instance (we can, under a care plan) |
| Make | Visual multi-step scenarios, many SaaS connectors, small teams with a modest budget | Operation-based pricing grows with volume; complex error handling takes discipline |
| Zapier | Simple triggers and actions, widest app coverage, non-technical maintainers | Per-task pricing becomes expensive with volume; limited branching and data handling |
| Power Automate | Microsoft 365 organisations, SharePoint and Teams-centred processes, existing licences | Connectors outside Microsoft can be clumsy; premium connectors cost extra |
| Custom code | Custom APIs, legacy systems, strict security requirements, unusual data formats | Needs proper hosting, tests and a runbook; more to hand over |
Mentioning a platform does not imply any partnership or endorsement. We use their public APIs and connectors on your behalf, in your accounts.
Questions about our services
What is the difference between an AI automation agency and a software tool?
A tool gives you a platform and leaves the design, integration, testing and maintenance to you. An implementation partner does that work: process mapping, build, testing, training and monitoring. You still own the tools and the workflows; we supply the hours, the method and the accountability.
Do I need to be technical to work with you?
No. You need one person who knows how the process really works and can make decisions about it. We handle accounts, connectors, prompts and code, and we explain every decision in plain language in the runbook and the recorded handover.
Can you work with our existing automations?
Usually. We start by inventorying what already runs, what breaks and who maintains it. Some flows are worth keeping, some are rebuilt on a more reliable footing, and some are retired. That review is part of discovery or the paid audit.
How do you decide between a workflow and an AI agent?
If the steps can be written down in advance, it is a workflow, possibly with an AI step for classification, extraction or drafting. If the task genuinely requires choosing between many possible steps at run time, an agent may fit, with strict limits on what it can do and a person reviewing outcomes. We default to the workflow because it is easier to test and cheaper to run.
What does done-for-you AI automation cost?
A single pilot workflow is from €1,250; the Solo package is €2,750 and Team is €6,900, all excl. VAT and third-party usage. Larger builds start from €16,500. The pricing page lists what each package includes and what changes the price, and the ROI calculator lets you check the payback with your own numbers.
