Businesses do not lack interest in AI. They lack someone who maps the process, connects the tools, tests the edge cases and keeps it running. Azikiel exists to be that partner — not another tool you have to learn.
Public research points the same way: in Eurostat’s 2025 survey, seven in ten EU firms that considered AI but did not adopt it cited a lack of relevant expertise. McKinsey’s 2026 State of AI finds broad use but few organisations scaling it across the business. The gap is implementation. That is the work we do.
What we stand for
Seven principles, every project
Outcome before tools
We map the process and capture a baseline before choosing any technology.
Built for the client
Workflows, prompts, documentation and production accounts are yours.
Human control
Approval gates and exception routing are designed into sensitive steps.
Observable
Runs, errors, model cost and exceptions can be monitored — by you.
No lock-in
n8n, Make, Zapier, Power Automate or code — chosen per use case, exportable.
Transparent scope
Fixed packages, written acceptance tests and a defined change process.
Measured after launch
Baseline versus 30/60/90-day results. We expand only when the first workflow proves useful.
Honest by default
No invented logos, testimonials or savings figures. Demonstrations are labelled as demonstrations.
The person behind it
Who you’ll work with
Azikiel is founder-led. You talk to the person who scopes, builds and supports your workflows — in German or English.
Why DACH and the UK
We sell where we can serve properly: in German and English, with an understanding of how privacy-conscious buyers in Germany, Austria and Switzerland evaluate a vendor, and how UK professional-services firms buy. Remote delivery works anywhere, but we do not pretend to know every market’s contracting and data rules — we check first.
What we’re not
- Not a software product — you do not get a login to “our platform”; you get working workflows in your own accounts.
- Not a promise of savings — we give you an editable estimate and then measure.
- Not a builder of autonomous hiring, credit, insurance or medical decisions.
- Not a “GDPR-compliant” stamp — we design privacy in and tell you where legal review is needed. See security and governance.
