Industries

We focus on three industries where the repetitive work is concentrated, the tools have usable APIs and the value of a faster, cleaner process is easy to measure. We would rather be specific about three than vague about thirty.

Priority industries

Where we start

Professional services and agencies

Consultancies, marketing and creative agencies, IT service providers, accountants and advisers. Expensive time spent on intake, proposals, meeting notes, onboarding and reporting.

Typical first workflowEnquiry intake to CRM with an approved reply
Typical stackHubSpot or Pipedrive, Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace, Slack or Teams
Watch out forClient confidentiality; one process owner per workflow

E-commerce

Online shops and retailers on Shopify or WooCommerce. Clear volumes, clear APIs, and support, returns, product data and inventory work that scales with orders.

Typical first workflowOrder-status and returns triage with drafted replies
Typical stackShopify or WooCommerce, Gorgias or Zendesk, a carrier, an ERP or sheet
Watch out forRefund controls; brand tone; peak-season volume

Property management and real estate

Letting agents, brokers and managers. Speed-to-lead decides who gets the viewing; maintenance intake and document collection eat the rest of the day.

Typical first workflowPortal enquiry to qualified lead with viewing booked
Typical stackPortals and a property CRM, Outlook, a booking tool, a document store
Watch out forNo automated tenant or applicant decisions; personal data handling

Hospitality

Hotels, restaurant groups and holiday lets have the same shape of problem: booking enquiries in several languages, guest questions that repeat, review responses and shift or admin notifications. It is our next focus. We take hospitality projects now where the booking platform has a usable API, and we say so up front when it does not.

Other industries

Trades, logistics, recruitment, healthcare practices, legal and financial services all have automatable admin, and some of it we can do well. Some of it we should not touch without specialist review, particularly anything that decides about candidates, patients, borrowers or claimants. Describe the process and we will tell you honestly whether it fits, and which parts need a legal or security opinion first.

Why these three

Chosen for measurable value, not for the size of the market

Each has modern cloud tools with APIs, a workflow where speed or accuracy has an obvious cost, and enough weekly volume for a pilot to show a difference within 30 days. Eurostat’s 2025 survey on AI use in enterprises found professional, scientific and technical services among the sectors with the highest adoption in the EU, and real estate ahead of several traditional sectors, which matches what we see in discovery: the tools are there, the implementation is what is missing. The solutions pages describe the workflows by function; the pricing page shows what a first project costs.
