Nine questions about one repetitive process. You get an honest fit score, the reasons behind it and a package suggestion: pilot, Solo, Team, audit first, or “not a good candidate yet”. No sales call, no binding quote, and nothing is stored unless you ask us to get in touch.
Why
Suggested next step
This is an automated estimate to help you choose a starting point. It is not a binding quote, legal assessment or ROI guarantee. Final credit classification is confirmed during discovery.

How the score works
The scan weighs eight factors. Five push the score up; three pull it down or route you to an audit. It is the same checklist we use in discovery, simplified.
Repeatability
Does the task happen the same way each time? Copy-this-into-that scores high; “it depends” scores low.
Frequency and volume
Daily and weekly work with real volume pays back. Something that happens twice a quarter rarely does, however annoying.
Rule clarity
Can you write the rules down? If two colleagues would decide differently, the rules need fixing before automating.
System access
Cloud tools with APIs or connectors score high. Desktop-only or legacy software is possible but moves you towards an audit.
Business impact
Hours per week, plus whether slowness or errors cost you customers, cash or compliance. Higher impact justifies a larger package.
Exception rate
How often the normal path does not apply. Above roughly a quarter of cases, the automatable share drops and the design needs more human routing.
Data sensitivity
Personal, financial or health data does not rule automation out, but it does rule out a quick pilot. Sensitive processes are routed to the audit.
Need for judgement
Decisions about people, money or legal positions stay with a person. The workflow can prepare them; it should not make them.
The result is a suggestion with reasons, not a quote or a legal classification. If the scan says “audit first”, the Automation Opportunity Audit explains why that route exists. If it says “good pilot candidate”, the pricing page shows what a pilot includes. You can also sanity-check the numbers with the ROI calculator.
Privacy note
The scan runs in your browser. Your answers are not sent to us or stored unless you complete the final step, enter your contact details and give explicit consent. If you do, we keep only the fields needed to reply and delete them on request. Please do not include confidential information in the free-text field; a general description of the process is enough.
